We’re building something bigger

Kingston Designer started as one person doing the work right: real branding, real strategy, no shortcuts. That part isn’t changing. What’s changing is the size of what we can take on.

As we grow, I’m looking for designers and developers who care about the same things I do: clean, considered work, real relationships with clients, and a process that doesn’t fall apart under pressure. No bloated project software, no ten layers of account managers between you and the actual work. Just good people doing good design.

Who we’re looking for

Designers with a sharp eye and a portfolio that proves it, not just tells you about it

– Developers who can build clean, functional, and fast, whether that’s a website or an app

– People who communicate clearly and keep their commitments, since our clients depend on that as much as they depend on the work itself

– Remote-friendly, self-directed people who don’t need to be micromanaged to do great work

– You don’t need 18 years of experience. You need good instincts, a strong work ethic, and pride in what you put your name on.

How we work

Every project runs on a clear process: discovery, drafts, feedback windows, final delivery. No guessing where things stand, no scope creep nobody agreed to. We keep communication in writing and expectations upfront, for our clients and for each other.
